This page explains how someone can request deletion of personal data held by Sevra and what happens after that request is made.
Subject to applicable law, users may request deletion of personal data processed by Sevra. This is sometimes referred to as the right to erasure or the right to be forgotten.
If a self-service delete flow is available in the product, follow the instructions in the account settings area. If it is not available, email Sevra with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the registered email address or account identifier.

Sevra deletes personal data from active systems where required, but some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or disaster recovery reasons for a limited period.
Where personal data has been shared with authorised third-party processors, Sevra will take reasonable steps to communicate deletion requests to those processors as required.
